I provide individual therapy using a client-centered, relational, and solution-focused approach. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to identify your strengths, clarify goals, and develop actionable steps toward growth. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, identity development, relationships, life transitions, and emotional regulation. My style is warm, engaged, and practical, focused not only on understanding patterns but on helping clients create meaningful change in their daily lives.

Family relationships naturally shift as children grow into adolescence. Family counseling offers a supportive space for parents and teens to strengthen communication, work through conflict, and better understand one another’s experiences. Together, we focus on building healthier patterns of interaction, increasing mutual respect, and supporting each family member as they navigate the changes that come with this stage of development.

I offer clinical supervision to Associate clinicians working toward licensure. My supervision style is supportive, relational, and growth-oriented, providing a space to deepen clinical skills, build confidence, and integrate theory with real-world practice. I value thoughtful case conceptualization, ethical practice, and the development of each clinician’s authentic therapeutic voice. Supervision is tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on professional identity, self-reflection, and sustainability in the field.
